Fortified corn porridge
• Four tablespoons of corn dough
• One tablespoon of soya powder
• Four pinches of salt
• One tablespoon of sugar
• Add water to the corn dough (mix, add salt and stir on fire. Add some water if its consistency is too thick for your liking.)
• Add soya powder, a little water and stir.
Let it cook for five minutes, add sugar and serve.
